You were absent a few days when we worked on the paper, so you didn't have much completed (Friday).
Furthermore, since you took home you planning/organizer, you have all of the information necessary to complete the assingment this weekend and turn it in Monday.
That said however, being that you e-mailed me today, I will allow you -- if you desire -- to submit your finished paper Tuesday at a 10-point deduction.
You may choose the option.
See you Monday!
MK
well how much will that hurt my grade because I already just have an okay grade in there and I don't want it to get any worse
R.Hodgkins
Mr. Kittner I don't have all my authors names from my books!
or on my websites or anything so i don even know what to do anymore cuz i dont want to turn it in late
R.Hodgkins
R. Hodgkins,
A ten-point deduction (if you turn the paper in on Tuesday) will not be noticeable (in you overall grade).
Now if the paper isn't turned in Tuesday, that would be horrific (to your overall grade).
Remember, writing the paper is the easy part -- you've already completed the challenging aspect: gathering the information.
Let me know if I can help. Use my school e-mail address if you would like me to respond to you without posting my comments on the blog.

R. Hodgkins,
Take a deep breath. Relax. It'll be OK.
Now, for the books you used in the classroom, most of them were encylopedias -- and, therefore, had no authors. Furthermore, the same (normally) applies to Web sites.
Regarding the bibliography, go with the information you do have.
M. Kittner
Mr.K, can we use the same source more than once in our quotes or does it have to be a different suorce every time?
L.Carico
L. Carico,
You may use two source for the three citations; that is perfectly fine (not just one source, however).

Is there anyway o get extra credit?
R.Hodgkins
"Is there anyway to get extra credit?"
R.Hodgkins
Not on this project.
However, you may always do extra credit (vocabulary & literary terms as you read) to strengthen your other assignments.
M. Kittner
okay

Go with what you have -- be sure to use the MLA format located on the last page of your planning organizer. (There is a picture of it too on the post.)
"How to we end the conclusion? Because i have no clue."
J.Holcomb
First of all, be sure to ALWAYS capitalize the pronoun "I!"
Conclusion = least important part of any paper. That said, restate your thesis and what you said in the paper (e.g., Someone who enjoys constant challenges and helping shape the future will find a rewarding career in education).
Yes, a conclusion can be one sentence -- do not use the above example! If you cannot think of one -- or think it will corrupt what you have written -- omit it. Never, never, never allow a pitiful conclusion to ruin a piece of writing.
MK
Thanks, and I was just trying to type faster. Haha. Goodnight Mr.K.
