Hey Mr Kittner hope your summer has been great. I'm so not ready to get back to school but I am ready to see everyone again. You'll be happy to know that I've read all the books written by Harlan Coban and jst waiting for more. Do you know any books worth reading? I'll also add that N.C. State is going to be a big contender this year in football. Can't say the same for Wake. Hope the students are good to you this year!

Z. Hawkins,

Awesome to hear from you! I would say I'm shocked, but I knew you would tear through the rest of Harlan Coben's novels! Be sure to look for his new releases come every March.

Other good books ... hmmm. _Chasing Lincoln's Killer_ was outstanding, as are the other three _Montmorency_ novels. Should you want more adult-like novels, any of Michael Palmer's books are personal favorites (especially _The First Patient_, _The Fifth Vial_, and his latest _The Second Opinion_ was extraordinary).

Talking college football, I also think State is going to be tough this year if they go without injuries. Wake, well, we have a really young defense and an experienced offense, so I hope we can put together some serious wins.

Keep in touch and let me know if I can do anything for you in high school -- and tell everyone I said best of luck!

Omg, dude, I miss you sooo much!!!
We had two days of orientation up at carver and I finished my second one today!
But like we got a feel of what our regular school day would be like and I miss you so much!! Haha. I really do. I mean I guess I got cool teachers this year.
Lol, my english teacher;s name is mr.mac! ahahahaha. I call him mr.macaroni!! ahahaha, wow, Im so immature, lol, not really. :)
But he can be kinda mean sometimes, I think. Lol.
I think he thinks Im a blonde bimbo. haha. I felt like telling him that "in fact, I got student of the year in my english class last year" haha but the subject was already long gone when I realized that. But yeah, haha.
But yeah, carver is a really awesome school. Dont let anybody tell you different ;)
Cause I'm the best "informer" you know, righttt?? :)
But yea, I'm gonna miss you soooo much!! You were the best teacher like ever!! :)

the one and only,

D. Moses,

So how is my (and Mr. Webster's) Student of the Year?!

It's exciting to hear your anticipation for 9th grade. You are going to be such an awesome student (again); I'm jealous the other teachers have you in THEIR classes! :-(

But, hey, I'm here if you need anything! Don't forget it's OK to stop by Walkertown to say hi on a teacher workday whenever you have time.

Good luck and do those amazing things that I know await you, D. Moses.

Yours truly,
MK

Good to hear you've covered most of East. Not getting lost will be a great comfort for you next Tuesday. Congrats on the honors classes, too!

Good luck!
Let me know if I can do anything for you! And I will pass your message along to Mr. Poole & Mr. Webster.
