Here are some highlights:
1. Home reading log 6 is due Monday (six nights' worth of reading);
2. Review vocabulary 2 this week (lists 6-10);
3. Thursday (11th) is the first round of computer testing;
4. A selection of high school students will be talking to all eighth graders Friday morning (8:00ish, I think);
5. Student survey in lab 17 will be completed Friday;
6. Review vocabulary test 2 (lists 6-10) Friday;
7. Continue to happily devour Montmorency: Thief, Liar, Gentleman?, we will.

On a congratulatory note, forty-five of you have qualified for the second AR incentive (football geniuses' tailgate). That said, Many of you -- T. Young, A. Richardson, K. Linville to name a few -- are absurdly close to earning your spot to the lunch.
Let's make it happen!
Again, enjoy your weekend, bibliophiles. I'll see you Monday at 7:00 a.m.
Yours truly,
M. Kittner

Okay so like I've been like totally forgetting my home reading log for 3 days now, so before we got out of skool today, i found my book (p.s. it was in my locker, haha) so i did 3 extra nights of reading, plus the two nights of extra reading that i already had, and because i didnt have my book today at ssr, i wrote a whole page on wat happened in deep and dark and dangerous between pages 1 and 14, but the beginning is always important because its explaining the plot, and i did this because i had done like a really shot reflection the day before, and i didnt explain wat was going on at all, so thats wat i did. I hope that will make up for the 30 points that has to be taken off!

OMJ!! MR KITTNER I'M READING MIDNIGHT SUN RIGHT NOW!! I AM ABOUT 2 CRY TEARS OF JOY!! Because this s what Edward thinks,and says:
"It would be more...prudent for you not to be my friend" Staring into the melted chocolate depths of her eyes,I lost my hold on light."
AWWWWWWWW!!
This also happens at the part where he's talking about how he said that it would be better for her not to be his friend not that she couldn't be :
Bella:"Why won't you leave me alone?"
Edward(Thoughts)"Believe me"I wanted to say "I've tried. Oh, and also,I'm wretchedly in love with you."
AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! I never knew he felt that strong for her!! HE'S SO SWEET!! Just not at the beginnig,and right after Edward stopped thinking about ways to kill he Jasper starts!! This is what he thought when the van almost hit's her,well this is the whole thing that happens!!:
"NO!" Alice gasped aloud.
He searched her thoughts and saw what would happen with the van and thinks this:
"NOT HER!" The words shouted in my head as long as if they belonged to someone else.
AWWW!! EDWARD JUST THOUGHT: "Run, Bella,Run.I love you too much,for your own good or mine."AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!
OMJ!! EMMETT JUST SAID: "Hmm She does have quite a flavor,doesn't she?" and Edward did this:"The snarl broke through my lips before his words had even registered all the way,an automatic response."
OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ OMJ!!
GUESS WHAT! I FINISHED "MIDNIGHT SUN"JUST NOW!! IT WAS AH-MAZING AND I HOPE ONE DAY( HOPEFULLY SOON) SHE WILL FINISH WRITING IT!! IT WAS SO MUCH MORE DIFFERENT THAN BELLA'S POINT OF VIEW!! AND EDWARD DOES LOVE BELLA MORE THAN YOU WOULD THINK!!
Hi ladies, it's Mrs. Kittner. I just finished _Breaking Dawn_, and I can't believe the 'the end' on the last page. Do you think that will REALLY be the end?
I haven't read the _Midnight Sun_ manuscript yet. I found it before I read _BD_, so I didn't want to spoil anything by reading it. Reading your comments here, I can't wait to devour it!
I need Mr. Kittner to finish the series so that I have someone to talk about the books with--I'm DYING to spill the beans, but he's barely started book 2!
Dear Mr.kittner,
I had a blast today! I think my team won. We had like 600 points. But yea, im not a big eater, so it really dosent (couldnt think of a word) have much of an effect on me. And plus, someone realy special is in my group. =]. <-- haha i put a period after the smilie face. But i never got a chance to tell u that u should defiently be an actor! Ur performance on Montmorency flabergasted me (hahahaha i couldent resist using that word) But yea i rely enjoyed it. It was defiently the "talk of the day."
(period inside the quotation marks =)

D. Moses, are you saying you enjoyed "lithening to my lithp" while I read _Montmorency_?
Every year students LOVE that chapter. . . . and (shh) I equally love reading it. (FYI: I know you will be content with the ending; we should be there Thursday.)
Me an actor? I already am, in class every day. :-)
I was cracking up at your new favorite word "flabbergasted." (Period inside quotation marks) I'll be sure to use it in the lecture Monday!
Have a GREAT! weekend, Miss BeenThereDoneThat.
